Last week, the Machine Learning Club visited Google! Stuy parent, Mr. Alexey Vaysburd shares, the visit was a great success. The students attended two talks on Machine Learning at Google, "Learn to Speak Like Human" by Dr. Ruoming Pang and "Minigo: Building a Go AI with TensorFlow" by Dr. Brian Lee. The feedback from parents was that students came back from the talks inspired and excited about Computer Science and Machine Learning. Mr. Vaysburd expressed thanks to Mr. Ruoming Pang for kindly organizing and hosting this event, and to Stuyvesant teacher, Mr. Peter Brooks for his advising and support of the Stuy ML Club and attending the Google event together with Stuy students.
