While we monitor the decisions at the federal level on education, we will continue to follow NYCPS’s directive in maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment for all students, one that is free from discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and bullying based on aspects of students’ identities, including, for example, race, color, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, and gender or gender identity.
