LEAD is a free workforce development program for immigrant women. It is a 9-week series of 10 interactive workshops providing critical knowledge and skills about the US job search process and workplace culture, and a space for career exploration.
Key goals are to support and prepare participants for entry or reintegration into the workforce or for the pursuit of higher education and vocational trainings.
10 Interactive Workshops:
Program runs fully online from 10 am - 12 pm, on May 7, 14, 18, 21 & 28, June 4, 11, 18 & 25, and July 2.
This program is open to immigrant women living in NYC or the tri-state area only. Also, candidates should have a high school diploma and an intermediate level of English.
