<p>Parents with Talos accounts have been emailed their access codes!</p>
<p><strong>Only those parents without email addresses on file will receive a paper survey via U.S. Postal mail. </strong>Fill out the survey online in a choice of 10 languages. Please help us shape goals by taking a few minutes to fill out the survey online.</p>
<p><strong>If you lose your code</strong> or did not receive one, simply <strong>log in to your Talos account</strong>. You will see your access code and a link to the survey.</p>
