Only those parents without email addresses on file will receive a paper survey via U.S. Postal mail. Fill out the survey online in a choice of 10 languages. Please help us shape goals by taking a few minutes to fill out the survey online.
If you lose your code or did not receive one, simply log in to your Talos account. You will see your access code and a link to the survey.
