Join us virtually for "Cooking With Stuy: Lunar New Year Edition" on Sunday, Feb. 13th at 3 p.m. For those of you who haven't experienced the tasty tutorials, Cooking With Stuy is a great chance to learn to make a new dish alongside your fellow Stuy community members.
We are happy to introduce you to Chef Ming of House of Joy, the restaurant that's serving as the location of this year’s Spring Feast.
Chef Ming, along with our host, Freshman parent Shawei Wang, will show us how to make a wonderfully tasty walnut shrimp dish for the holiday. Shawei will give also give you a sneak peek of the what being planned for Spring Feast which will take place on Friday, May 6. To wrap things up you will learn about different Lunar New Year and Lantern Festival traditions and partake in the custom of guessing Lantern Riddles. We'll play three riddle games. The winner from each section will get a prize! It’s going to be a fun afternoon so we hope you will join us.
