On the last day before the Winter Holiday Break, students and staff gathered to harvest lettuce and herbs from our hydroponics lab garden! This was the third harvest since we opened the lab this term! Mr. Cintron and students reaped the rewards of their hard work caring for the garden with tasty cucumbers, lettuce and herbs including parsley, basil, kale a nd more!
