On October 17th the Easy German YouTube channel visited the German III and AP German students at Stuy to talk with them about their work and to hold a workshop with them on different videos they have created. The Easy German YouTube channel has over 2 million subscribers and creates content to help German learners around the world not only improve their German language skills, but also gain insights into how Germans and Austrians tick and their perspectives on a variety of topics in everyday life. They conduct street interviews with people on the street in Berlin and elsewhere in German-speaking Europe and also make videos where they talk about all sorts of cultural topics. The German students at Stuy enjoy watching their videos in class and at home and were able to share their experiences and perspectives on the questions from the videos with the Easy German crew and also ask them about different things they wanted to know. It was a special experience for the students as well as the Easy German crew!
