Fill out the PSAL Student Interest Survey

PSAL Student Interest Survey -- please participate by 9/30/2023.

All interested programs should submit their application by October 13. This will assist the PSAL in creation of new sports and programs. Please complete a new application for each team that you request.

Fill out the PSAL Student Sports Survey . All grade 9-12 students enrolled in schools may fill it out.

1. 1. The survey will ask students to share their sports interests. The number of students interested in the sports team is a required response on the New Team Request application.
   2. At least 15% of the enrolled student population needs to complete the student interest survey for accurate data.
