<p>PSAL Student Interest Survey -- please participate by <b>9/30/2023.</b></p><p>All interested programs should submit their application by <b>October 13. This will assist the PSAL in creation of new sports and programs.</b> Please complete a new application for each team that you request.</p><p>Fill out the <a href="https://survey.alchemer.com/s3/7515638/PSAL-Student-Sport-Interest-Survey">PSAL Student Sports Survey</a> . All grade 9-12 students enrolled in schools may fill it out.</p><ol><li><ol><li>The survey will ask students to share their sports interests. The number of students interested in the sports team is a required response on the New Team Request application.</li><li>At least 15% of the enrolled student population needs to complete the student interest survey for accurate data.</li></ol></li></ol>
