Fall Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, October 24th Friday, and 25th.
- Teacher Room Assignments will be posted on Monday, October 21st at this link on the school website.
- There are no advance appointments for conferences. Sign up at rooms to wait to speak with teachers.
- One-to-one Interpreters are provided to travel with parents to all conferences outside room 271 in Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean.
- Thursday, October 24th, will be a regular school day with period 1 beginning a 8am and period 10 ending at 3:35 and conferences taking place at 5:30pm to 8pm.
- Friday, October 25th, will be a half day for students with abbreviated classes from 8:15am to 12:11pm. View the schedule here. Conferences will take place at 1pm to 3pm. Parents must exit the building at dismissal and re-enter at 1pm for conferences.
- Classroom Observations Friday, October 25th are from 8:15 to noon. Arrive early to sign in! Doors open at 7:45am through the lobby ONLY at 345 Chambers Street with valid photo ID.
- Stuyvesant has Guidelines that must be followed for Classroom Observations. Please read the Guidelines carefully either in English or Chinese on the school website or on the insert page 2 of this Update.
