<p data-block-key="5v9cx">On April 24, 2026, Advanced Placement course requests will open on student Talos accounts. Detailed instructions will be emailed to students and families and can be accessed at this <a href="https://talos.stuy.edu/cms/documents/6552/Fall_2026_AP_Selection_Instructions.pdf">link</a>. All students currently in grades 9-11 should carefully read the instructions, the accompanying FAQ and be prepared to submit their requests for AP courses by the deadline on May 13, 2026. There is a timeline laid out in the instructions for deadlines including the start and end of the elective course requests and the deadline to submit the ZQT-10 form for those students anticipating joining a Fall PSAL team. <b>NOTE</b>: course selection on Talos is limited to those students currently attending Stuvyesant in grades 9-11. Incoming students do not participate in this process, and will be sent instructions for the incoming student portal at the start of May.</p><p data-block-key="40oge">There will be a virtual presentation from our Program Office on May 6, 2026 at 6pm.
