Students should request recommendations early to give supportive adults plenty of time to complete – remember, our recommendations are NOT traditional letters, and you might need some extra time to complete! Visit our Recommender FAQ for more information. - Give Us Context
Regeneron STS is a holistic competition – the research project is one of many important factors. We recommend students consider where they show leadership, what they value and how they spend their time. They can use their answers to guide their application responses. - Know Your Resources

The application deadline is November 6, 2025 at 8pm ET. All entry materials, including recommendations, are due by this time. Our technical support deadline is 24 hours prior – email us with any issues by 8pm ET on November 5 for a guaranteed resolution by the deadline. \
