The Environmental Club shares the Eco-Fact of the Week for the week of November 8, 2021 --
We all probably heard someone saying this at least once in our lives: Be sustainable when eating! But how many of us actually stop and consider our diet and how the foods we eat contribute to global warming? So, what can you do to help? Simple alterations in your diet such as eating less red meat (like beef and lamb), eating less dairy (like cheese) and substituting these foods with more environmentally friendly options (pork, eggs, and chicken) and plant-based foods (beans, grains, and soy) can significantly decrease your environmental footprint!
