<p><b>Dr. Jeffrey Horenstein</b> shares<b> Detective Matthew Parlo</b> was a special guest speaker in his Forensics class the week of January 4th. He is a Detective and a Firearms Examiner in the Firearms Analysis Section of the NYPD. Dr. Horenstein shared a screenshot of Detective Parlo, and a slide from the lecture illustrating how bullets and casings from a crime scene are compared to bullets and casings from a suspect's gun. All of these shown here were positive matches! The students enjoyed the presentation, expressed gratitude and were engaged in the discussion asking high-level questions.</p>
