Coming up this week, we invite you to the first of the Holiday Concert and Art show series at Stuyvesant! On Friday, December 13th at 6pm in the Murray Kahn Theatre, Stuyvesant presents the Holiday Choral Concert & Art Show. There will be over 400 students performing in the various choirs including the Bell Choir as well as a performance by the Acapella Club and Jingle Bell Rock Band. In the lobby, enjoy the creative works of our Technology, Arts and Digital Art and Design classes along with ceramics and more! Want to see a little preview? The Holiday Choral Concert will feature three of Stuyvesant's Choruses: Oratorio Choir, Male Choir, and Women's Chorus. Additionally, there will be a performance by our student-run A Cappella Ensemble, the Jingle Bell Rock Band, a piano solo work featuring one of our senior pianists Cosmo Coen, as well as other instrumental music featuring our pianists and band/orchestral members. Approximately 400 of our students will be performing. This performance is on Friday, December 13th, at 6pm in the theater.
Students may pick up complimentary FREE ticket(s) from the Principal's Office (room 105) or from the Music Office Room 132.
