NYS DREAM Act Application Now Available
The Senator José Peralta New York State DREAM Act gives undocumented and other students access to New York State administered grants and scholarships that support their higher education costs. To qualify for NYS financial aid under the NYS DREAM Act, students must meet certain eligibility criteria. Eligible students can apply for NYS grant and scholarship programs, including the Tuition Assistance Program, Excelsior Scholarship, and Enhanced Tuition Awards.
