The School Counseling Department, in a PSAT Day initiative led by Mr. Angel Colon, hosted a special Assembly on October 16th, for Freshman. Students heard from Ms. Kristina Uy on academic choices not only for sophomore year, but for all four years! They heard from Coach, Mr. Joe Blay of the Robotics teams as well as Mr. Chris Suter and Ms. Leslie Bernstein of the Art & Tech Departments. They also heard from Mr. JonAlf Dryland-Weaver, Coordinator of the Computer Science Department as well. They also heard from all the Identity clubs of Stuy and the Wellness and Red Cross Club; heard testimonials and a special Freshman Seminar on Making Connections. Students were introduced to all School Counselors and other administrators and support staff. They also enjoyed performances by StuyFlow!
