Ms. Chie Helinski shares that junior, Sammi Yang, is a finalist of the annual speech contest hosted by NECTJ (Northeast Council of teachers of Japanese). She will deliver the speech later in March here in NYC. If she places well, she will advance to the national contest held in California in May. Congratulations and all the best!
