Congratulations to Renee Mui, Shreya Paul, Ying Zi Mei, Regina Shen, and Julianna Yu who are have been accepted into the prestigious New York Academy of Sciences’ Global STEM Alliance (GSA) 1000 Girls, 1000 Futures mentoring program! The New York Academy of Sciences is one of the country’s oldest and most widely respected scientific organizations. Its purpose is to prepare the next generation of innovators through three key program areas: mentorship, skill building and the application of skills to real-world challenges. Students will be working with a mentor assigned by the Academy on coursework emphasizing college readiness, leadership, communication, and critical thinking.
