Congratulations to Stuy's National History Day Winners!

Congratulations to Stuyvesant seniors who placed in the National History Day competition and to their teachers, Mr. Sandler and Mr. Moore! Stuy had a record number of students qualify in by placing in the New York State History Day Competition and in the Nationals, we had students who placed 1st in the Senior Group Project category and 3rd in the Senior Group Website category. Congratulations to Giles El-Assal, Kaeden Ruparel, and Daniel Murdoch for 1st Place in the Senior Group Project: Crossing the Bridge to Brooklyn, Innovation, Prosperity, and Freedom

Congratulations as well to placing 3rd in the Senior Group Website category to Sophia Zheng, Mary Lee, Jowita Walkup , and Mehjabin Rahman. Their website titled: Sojourner, the First Planetary Rover: Changing the Face and Conduct of Space Exploration

In addition to the 1st and 3rd place winners, we also had finalists in the individual exhibit and group performance categories.

Benjamin Goihman won 1st place for individual exhibit and William Tang, Lucas Mcgarvey, Vanessa Chen, Dylan Ma and Carol Hon won 1st place for group performance.
