Congratulations, junior, Chelsea Yan, who is a
finalist along with her team members in the
2019 i.Invest National Business Competition. They also won the
Marketing Challenge and received
$250 prize money!

Chelsea and
Christine Yan, started a club called
Redefy Stuyvesant, an international nonprofit organization that seeks to empower schools with resources/information to be more inclusive. Their goal at Redefy is to boldly defy stereotypes, embrace acceptance, redefine our perspectives positively, and create an active community through monthly meetings where fellow students will discuss all sorts of current societal issues, from feminism to mass incarceration (to name a few). They will post a monthly article on their Redefy website regarding the issue talked about in the meeting and other students can learn about the organization at
