During May, the Robotics team, Stuy Pulse FRC 694, won 2 major awards in the New York and Quebec Region for this year’s FIRST Robotics Challenge: The Designer’s Award for the Game Design Challenge and the Regional Chairman’s Award. The Chairman’s Award is the most prestigious award in FIRST and we will be competing against the top teams in the world in June for the Championship-level Chairman's Award.
This has been a great achievement for the team! They were successful this year thanks to the continuing support of their awesome sponsors such as the Stuy Parent's Association!
On May 22, 2021, the results were announced that we they are finalists for the Game Design Challenge. This means that they are now one of the top 20 teams in the world, chosen out of 1,378 submissions. After further judging and another interview, three winners will be announced on June 26th.
