Stuy Model UN did outstanding in conferences in March!
NHSMUN: Huge congratulations to Stuyvesant Model UN for their performance at the National High School Model UN Conference from March 10-13. Special congratulations to sophomore Walker Simpson, senior Elah Wilson, and senior Danielle Que for winning Awards of Merit and sophomore Alexander Panas for winning the Award of Distinction. Additionally, another congrats to Elah and Danielle for being chosen as Plenary Speakers and having the honor to speak in front of all 4,000 attendees at the closing ceremony on Monday. Lastly, the biggest congratulations to the entire team for winning the Delegation Award of Merit for Diplomacy and Collaboration!
EagleMUNC: Stuyvesant Model UN performed amazingly at their last collegiate conference of the year: EagleMUNC! Congratulations to all those who attended, and in particular juniors Ty Anant, Kyle Hon Chan, and Elaine Huang and sophomore Ayla Irshad for winning awards in their respective committees! The MUN team will now focus their efforts on hosting their annual city-wide conference, StuyMUNC!
