Led by Mr. Joseph Tamosaitis, Stuyvesant's piano trio, formed by Philip Zhang (violin), Otto Buff (cello) and Josephine Yoo (piano), was selected by The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center to perform at the Young Musicians Concert's Semi-Final Regional concert on February 10. They played Smetana’s Piano Trio in G minor, Op. 15, III Presto. There were 10 groups from 8 high schools competing for a final performance at Alice Tully Hall. We congratulate the trio and wish them the best of luck in winning the competition.
