Congrats to Stuy students in the 2024 Forecasting the Future tournament!

Congratulations to Stuyvesant’s student forecasters, who took five of the top ten spots in the 2024 Forecasting the Future tournament!

Mina Yeh took fourth place overall in a nationwide field of over 450 competitors, and Redita Reza, Clyde Konty, Lucas Lee, and Leonna Wang also finished in the top ten.

Students earned points by making accurate forecasts about real-world events like box office revenue, TSA travel data, sporting outcomes, and more. Over $5,000 in prizes were awarded by the Alliance for Decision education, and another tournament is happening this spring.
