<p>Congratulations to Ava Luan who has been selected as one of the distinguished 2023 PSAL MVP Scholarathlete</p><p>award winners. In honor of Ava Luan’s outstanding academic and athletic achievements, she was invited to attend the 2023 MVP Scholar-Athlete Awards Dinner, in partnership with the New York Yankees and the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl. 55 student-athletes were chosen from all different sports, with 11 student-athletes representing Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Staten Island signifying an 11 person football team from each borough.<br/>Sports Coordinator Erica Morrow was the emcee of evening, with Senior Executive Director Danny Harris, and New York Yankees Senior Vice President of Corporate & Community Relations Brian Smith all speaking about the achievement it is to be recognized for this special honor. Congrats and Brava to Ava!</p>
