Terra Science and Education announces the international awards earned by its high school students in the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) in Atlanta, GA. Among them, Special Award through the National Anti-Vivisection Society ($5000 Second Prize) was awarded to Stuy senior, Arthur Liang for his project [A Pharmacological Approach for Studying Alcohol Use Disorder: Using Calcium Imaging on hiPSC-Derived Glutamatergic Neurons to Dissect the Glutamate Response in the Context of Chronic Ethanol Treatment]
