Congratulations to junior, Alex Cho, who just won a gold medal in the ACSL (American Computer Science League) competition. He is 1 of 10 gold medalists in intermediate division. Because Stuyvesant did not have a team, he joined a team of 5 students (1 Deerfield Academy and 3 from Foreign schools in South Korea) to compete. Due to pandemic, usual team competition became individual competition and Alex got perfect score on final round and he will be awarded gold medal. Here is a link. His team name is BlueRibbon.
