Changes to Address/Phone - Who to see and How to Proceed

Parents and/or guardians that wish to update name(s), addresses, phone numbers, or wish to delete or add parents/ guardians or contacts for notifications or to accounts that would have access to any student data should contact Pupil Accounting Secretary, Ms. Carol Carrano, at ccarran@schools.nyc.gov. Please indicate your child's full name, homeroom, OSIS number (if known) and information you'd like added or changed. You'll be notified if there is further information or documentation necessary to complete your request.

Parent email addresses are kept consistent throughout all school accounts and match the NYC Schools Account (if created) for the individual parent/guardian (the controlling account). No two parents or guardians may input the same email address on their NYC Schools Account or other school account as it is the unique identifier attached to the parent profile in the central DOE system. The email address database is maintained by Ms. Dina Ingram. You may contact her at ringram3@schools.nyc.gov for parent/guardian email changes that will reflect on an NYC Schools Account and all subsequent school accounts (i.e. Pupilpath, Talos, google classroom notifications, etc.).
