Ms. Liliya Shamazov also announces: Stuyvesant welcomes the CASA Program to work with our students after school! The CASA (Cultural After-School Adventures) grant is a collaborative grant of the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs and the New York City Council. The Richmond County Orchestra, through a CASA grant from City Councilwoman, Margaret Chin will work with students at Stuyvesnat who sign up either one on one or in groups. The Richmond County Orchestra with Executive Director, Alice Bergeron was oundd as a non-profit in 1998 by ocal Staten Island Musicians and Maestro Alan Aurelia.
