Brooklyn Public Library's Home Internet Access Program

Want to lower your internet bill? Eligible NYC households can save $30/month with help from Brooklyn Public Library's Home Internet Access Program.
Who Qualifies

To be eligible for the program, you or your dependent must meet ONE of the following criteria:

  • You participate in one of the following government assistance programs: SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, SSI, Veterans Pension, Federal Pell Grant, or Housing Assistance. ORYour child attends a NYC public school and most charter schools, ORYour household income is 200% or less than the federal poverty guidelines (for example: less than $39,440 for a household of 2, etc.

Need help with the application? Get one-on-one assistance from a BPL digital navigator located at participating libraries throughout Brooklyn.

Workshops are held at Central Library on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, 10 October at 12:30 pm and 4 pm
  • Wednesdays in October at 12:30 pm and 4 pm
  • Fridays in October at 12 pm and 4 pm

There will also be a workshop on the Techmobile near the new Sunset Park Library (51st and Fourth Avenue) on the Tuesday, 3 October at 12 pm
