Boys Varsity Soccer Tryouts for August 2024

Coach Miller shares tryouts for the boys' varsity soccer team will begin on Monday August 18th at 9am at Pier 40 (353 West street). We are usually located on the rooftop field at Pier 40. If you cannot attend the first tryout on Monday 8/18, email coach Miller (vmiller3@schools.nyc.gov).
 In order to tryout you will need to complete 2 PSAL forms.

1. PSAL Parental Form
   1. Complete in pen
   2. No digital writing
   3. 13 bullets points must be initialed in pen
   4. Bottom needs to be signed and dated by parent/guardian
   5. Coach will sign after it is turned in
2. PSAL Medical Form
   1. Only "Page 3" needs to be turned in
   2. Complete form in pen
   3. Doctor must fill in all parts
   4. Doctor must sign, date, include license number and stamp form
   5. No digital writing
