On Saturday morning before the holiday break, Stuy had our first Grammy visitor to the Stuyvesant hosted All-City Modern Music Project, Trans-Siberian Orchestra co-founder Bob Kinkel. The morning consisted of a Q&A with students during which Mr. Kinkel shared details on how to navigate the complexities of the music industry. Students then treated Mr. Kinkel to a live performance of TSO's song "Christmas Eve / Sarajevo".

Bio: Bob Kinkel is an American musician who played a key role in the formation and success of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Mr. Kinkel studied music and physics at Hamilton College and Columbia University and started his career at Record Plant Studios in New York City.
