If your child’s school cannot reach you, the school will notify you and they can move your child to full remote learning.</p><p>Please check the DOE’s website section <a href="https://www.schools.nyc.gov/about-us/news/chancellor-s-message-for-families">Messages to Families</a> for the most up to date information about schools reopening.</p><p><b>Random COVID-19 Testing Program - Testing Company Contracts Update</b></p><p>Keeping school buildings open depends upon awareness of and immediate action on any COVID-19 concerns in our buildings. To do this, we need students and staff in our buildings to get tested!</p><p>The DOE received a number of questions from parent leaders and advocates about testing and student privacy, and are pleased to announce that the <a href="https://www.schools.nyc.gov/about-us/policies/data-privacy-and-security-policies/supplemental-information-for-parents-about-doe-agreements-with-outside-entities">DOE website</a> has been updated to provide information about the agreements with <a href="https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcdn-blob-prd.azureedge.net%2Fprd-pws%2Fdocs%2Fdefault-source%2Fdefault-document-library%2Fbioreference-laboratories-inc--agreement.pdf&amp;data=04%7C01%7CRIngram3%40schools.nyc.gov%7C21d6a85ebf5a450a902908d898a426a8%7C18492cb7ef45456185710c42e5f7ac07%7C0%7C1%7C637427178082492120%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&amp;sdata=Jn7OiTdB2dKseClPLMrh1j2s8m%2B2zhYtS8WiDtlND4o%3D&amp;reserved=0">BioReference Laboratories Inc.</a>, <a href="https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcdn-blob-prd.azureedge.net%2Fprd-pws%2Fdocs%2Fdefault-source%2Fdefault-document-library%2Ffulgent-genetics-agreement.pdf&amp;data=04%7C01%7CRIngram3%40schools.nyc.gov%7C21d6a85ebf5a450a902908d898a426a8%7C18492cb7ef45456185710c42e5f7ac07%7C0%7C1%7C637427178082502112%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&amp;sdata=ZAihX3Dsok7mYDAokiM%2B7Q3fXYO8c5Lx%2FnZksZVma3g%3D&amp;reserved=0">Fulgent Genetics Inc.</a>, and <a href="https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcdn-blob-prd.azureedge.net%2Fprd-pws%2Fdocs%2Fdefault-source%2Fdefault-document-library%2Fsomos-agreement.pdf&amp;data=04%7C01%7CRIngram3%40schools.nyc.gov%7C21d6a85ebf5a450a902908d898a426a8%7C18492cb7ef45456185710c42e5f7ac07%7C0%7C1%7C637427178082502112%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&amp;sdata=IuWh%2BVShg6J%2FHVUr6RtlkEVwjoXqys0DEVlkW5tDV0U%3D&amp;reserved=0">Somos Healthcare Inc</a>.
