<p></p><p>The Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association is also currently accepting <b>applications for StuyPrep 2020 student volunteers</b>. They are seeking current Stuyvesant High School students who are willing to volunteer their time to assist students preparing for the SHSAT and to generally be great mentors to a promising group of younger students.</p><p>Please take a moment to <b>familiarize yourself with the StuyPrep program by reading through the</b> <a href="https://www.stuyprep.org/program-details"><b>Program Details</b></a> and the rest of their website. <b>They are seeking volunteers primarily for Part Two</b> of the program, <b>deadline is June 19</b> (but we will require a few volunteers for <b>Part One of the program as well, deadline June 5</b>).</p><p>StuyPrep provides a $10/week stipend to volunteers (for each week of confirmed attendance) periodically throughout the program. In addition, the Alumni Association is willing to provide recommendation letters for exceptional students.</p><p>If you are under 18 years old, then you will need to work with your parent or guardian to complete the application. <b>The deadline for Part 2 applications is 11:59 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2020.
