<p>The <strong>Earl Estwick Trailblazer Memorial Fund Scholarship</strong> is a $500 award for students with financial need who have engaged in community service or have participated in a youth service organization (scouts, religious group, etc.) The award is paid directly to the scholarship winner's college book store.</p>
<p>The application is attached. If you will apply, please <strong>bring the "Recommendation & Academic Status" form to the College Office by the <u>morning of Thursday April 18th</u></strong> so that we can complete and send the form with your counselor recommendation and official transcript Similarly,<strong> provide one of your teacher recommenders or a supplemental recommender the "Personal Recommendation Form" by <u>April 18th </u> </strong>so that they may complete the form and mail their recommendation in time to meet the April 30th deadline. </p>
<p>Please also note that the letter provided to us with the original application asks students to <strong>include a recent photo</strong> in their application.</p>
