Apply for the ATLAS Fellows Program

The ATLAS Fellows (atlasfellows.org). ATLAS is a scholarship and career pipeline program that supports talented students from underrepresented and under-resourced backgrounds. They provide up to $20,000 per year in scholarships and up to four years of paid internships at top financial firms such as Balyasny Asset Management. Our 2026 application cycle opens January 5, 2026, and closes February 23, 2026. They currently operate in NYC and Chicago, partnering with schools and organizations including Stuyvesant, Brooklyn Technical, SEO Scholars, Townsend Harris, Chicago Scholars, Lane Tech, Whitney Young, and more.

• Come from underrepresented groups in finance (women, Black, Latino/a, LGBTQ+, first-generation) and/or under-resourced backgrounds
• Demonstrate academic excellence (3.5+ unweighted GPA, rigorous coursework, strong test scores)
• Have a passion for STEM, business, or finance through classes, clubs, volunteering, or hobbies
• Show leadership, curiosity, and maturity (through essays, recommendations, and experiences)
• Reside in the NYC or Chicago metro areas
