Hispanic/Latino(a)(e)(x) high school students may apply to the institute. The program is designed to empower these students and provide a platform for student leadership. Selected delegates will be invited to attend an in-person debate at the New York State Senate Chambers in Albany, NY where all NY delegates will meet and debate the legislative bills learned.
