<p>Advanced Placement examination administration begins on Monday, May 5, 2025, and will conclude on Friday, May 23, 2025. <b>Follow the schedule</b> <a href="https://stuy.enschool.org/apps/forms2/?f=22048"><b>here</b></a><b>.</b></p><ul><li>Classes are held as scheduled throughout the AP exam administration. </li><li>AP Exams will be administered principally in the 6th floor in the gym, Innovation Lab (Room 250) and in the library. </li><li>Some AP exams will be administered in computer labs on the 4th floor, 3rd Floor Gymnasium, Lecture Halls A & B, and the guidance conference room (room 236Q).</li><li>All students, faculty, and staff are asked to speak quietly while passing in the vicinity of the testing rooms. in the 6th floor hallways. </li><li>The library will generally be closed throughout the AP administration and will reopen on Tuesday, May 26, 2025. </li></ul><p><b>For Students Registered for AP Exams:</b></p><ul><li>Log into <a href="https://myap.collegeboard.org/login"><b>myap</b></a> to confirm the date and time of your upcoming AP exams. You should arrive to your testing room by <b>7:30 am</b> for morning exams and by <b>12:00 pm</b> for afternoon exams. </li><li>Please dress comfortably. Layers are recommended as some rooms are cold and other rooms are warm. </li><li>You should bring lunch to school if you are testing through your lunch period. <ul><li>You will not be allowed to leave the school building during any period other than your assigned lunch period, or a free period. </li><li>Faculty members will be asked to accommodate students if they need to eat during class. </li></ul></li><li>Items to bring into the testing room <ul><li>Two wooden pencils and blue or black pens. </li><li>Mechanical pencils are not permitted. </li><li>You may bring a water bottle and a snack. </li><li>You may bring a calculator if permitted for your AP exam. </li><li>No calculators will be supplied.</li><li><a href="https://apstudents.collegeboard.org/exam-policies-guidelines/calculator-policies">AP Exams Calculator Policy</a></li><li><b>Do not bring a mobile phone, smartwatch, or any unauthorized electronic device into the testing room.</b></li><li><b>Students found with a mobile phone will have their test invalidated.</b></li></ul></li><li>Leave all bags and backpacks in your locker. </li><li>You are expected to attend morning classes if you are taking an AP exam in the afternoon and afternoon classes if you are taking an AP exam in the morning. </li></ul>
