Federal and state law, and Chancellor’s Regulation A-820, require NYCPS and its schools to provide families with the following annual notices around the protection of student rights and privacy:

Please read the Privacy Packet for Families, which includes these annual notices, a letter from our Chief Privacy Officer, and a Privacy Rights 101 Flyer. Translations can be found on the NYCPS Student Privacy webpage.
Please also fill out the annual Media Consent Form (available in all NYCPS languages) and the Directory Information Notice and Opt-Out Form (available in all NYCPS languages). You can fill these out on your NYCSA account OR fill out a paper copy and send in with your child to room 103. Please note that these forms are requested at Camp Stuy for incoming families. If you already submitted, you don't need to fill it out again.
