Celebrating Stuyvesant’s PhysEd Department and the diverse classes it offers – Alumnus ‘11, Yimeng Xu shared a photo of the group of Stuy Alumni at Princeton University’s Ballroom Dance Competition last Saturday! Since 2011, he and alumna, Danica Chan have tried to visit Stuy’s Ballroom Dance class each semester and introduce students to the world of ballroom as a collegiate dancesport! Stuy Alumni have gone on to become national organizers, team founders, community leaders, and overall amazing dancers and competitors (even national finalists).
