<div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">On <strong>Friday, October 11th, </strong>the <strong>Biology Department</strong> and the<strong> Stuyvesant Alumni Association</strong> hosted <strong>Sheldon Krimsky, Stuy Alumnus '59,</strong> and the Lenore Stern Professor of Humanities and Social Sciences at Tufts University. He gave a talk entitled "<strong>The Moral Choices on CRISPR Babies</strong>". Dr. Krimsky spoke on ethical issues surrounding CRISPR, the revolutionary gene-editing technology. </span></div>
