<p>All students ages 14–24 are invited to apply to participate in the <a href="https://www.nyc.gov/site/dycd/services/jobs-internships/summer-youth-employment-program-syep.page">2024 Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP)</a>, which is now accepting <a href="https://application.nycsyep.com/">applications</a> for summer 2024 via the general lottery through <b>March 1.</b></p><p><b>Additional Guidance for Students with IEPs for the SYEP Application</b>: Interested students should follow this <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mHuDl1kbcOa_wCsZ6Vk8ZmMqHEr1828X/view">TCAC Online Application Guide</a> and submit an <a href="https://application.nycsyep.com/">online application</a> for their age group through their borough’s <a href="https://www.schools.nyc.gov/learning/special-education/help/contacts-and-resources#jump-to-heading-2">Transition and College Access Center (TCAC) office</a> by 5:00 p.m. on <b>March 1</b>. TCACs will support students with IEPs and 504 Plans with the necessary information to be added to their applications in order to receive targeted support for placement in the TCAC-specific lottery; this enhances their chances of being placed in their respective borough and program choice.
